What would you do for the perfect posterior? Do a couple thousand squats? Give up junk food forever? Pray to Sir Mix-a-Lot, patron saint of booties?

Courtney Barnes was having none of that: About six years ago, she got her legendary butt — all 59 inches of it — by going to illegal "pumping parties" where fluids were injected into her backside.

Barnes' mission in life is to "show men, women, and children that it is possible to be beautiful, smart, and have a big ass," she said (#Goals, I guess?).

According to Complex, the 32-year-old cam girl/Instagram model doesn't *actually* know what was injected into her butt — just that they're "very dangerous products."

"(The woman who administered the injections) said it was like some hydrogel, some kind of silicone that they normally put in gummy bear implants," Barnes said. "You don’t know how your body is going to react. It is still something foreign that’s in your body. It’s a gamble. A close friend of mine got it removed and she ended up having to have blood transfusions and she was in the hospital for months. It was a nightmare for her."

Barnes considers herself lucky to not have experienced any post-injection complications.

"It was a risk I was willing to take at the time...I was naive and I admit I didn’t know what I was putting into my body, but at the time, a lot of women in Florida were getting it done, and I found a local woman who could do it," she explained.

Though Barnes currently makes a living off her derrière, she told Barcroft TV that she's considering getting it reduced.

"My butt does not sit up as much as it used to and I can see a little discoloration in the skin," she admitted.

Barnes has met with Dr. Constantino Mendieta, a butt augmentation specialist in Miami, who didn't mince words when asked about the "pumping parties" where Barnes and others have gotten their shots.

"They are dangerous because the injections are given into the vein that goes into the lungs and people have died," Mendieta said. "So there is an immediate danger to it, but then there is a long-term danger."

"(Barnes) is starting to get some skin changes in the buttock area. So I think Courtney is headed for some problems down the road," Mendieta added.

Best of luck to Barnes and her booty. You can watch Barcroft's interview with her in the video above.
